Cancellation and Returning

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER

If you want to cancel your order (for whatever reason) please just send us an email containing your order number and reason for canceling on info@nextcube.com

After we processed your request we will send you an e-mail confirming order cancellation.

You can only cancel the order if the item hasn’t been shipped. If it’s already on its way, you can find out more on next section - How to return the device.

HOW TO RETURN THE DEVICE

The consumer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving the order. In case of returns, the customer is responsible for returning the product to us in its original condition and for postal costs or other costs incurred when returning the product.

Nextcube reserves the right to make refunds 30 days after receiving the package.

If you want to return the device you should first inform us on our email info@nextcube.com.

In one working day you will receive instructions and address for returning.

Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer.

If the ordered product is returned in identical (undamaged condition) Nextcube will refund a full amount of the purchase price to the customer by Credit Card or Bank Transfer depending which method of payment is used when the device was purchased. Open, used or products in impaired condition will be assessed additionally.
